SALES REPRESENTATIVE

KRA:

1. Identifying areas with scope for new business

2. Calling leads and enquiring credit-worthiness of leads

3. Following up with customers for repeated orders

4. Coordinating with accounts department and matching receivables with customers

QUALIFICATION:

1. Must be a graduate or with a previous experience at a call centre or similar

2. Must be well versed in Hindi / English and clear over voice call

3. Must have knowledge of Basic and Advance Computer Skills.

4. Preference to candidates with prior knowledge in handling sales for wholesale firm.

SALARY: As per Industry norms. Salary expectations will be matched.

TELE-SALES REPRESENTATIVE

KRA:

1. Generating leads from web-surfing

2. Tele-calling leads and enquiring about orders

3. Targetting Hot leads and converting sales

QUALIFICATION:

1. Well versed in Hindi/English

2. Previous experience in sales preferred

3. Must have basic computer skills

SALARY: As per Industry norms. Salary expectations will be matched.

ACCOUNTS

INCHARGE

KRA:

1. Preparing Sales Invoice, Bank Statement Reconciliation and Purchase Invoice Entry.

2. Auditing books of accounts for any discrepancies.

3. Filing GST and TDS returns monthly

4. Coordinating with CA for Audit.

5. Filing Income Tax Returns

QUALIFICATION:

1. Must have cleared IPCC and completed Articleship with a CA.

2. Prior experience in Audit with a CA.

3. If, CA Final completed, preference will be given.

4. Preference to candidates with prior knowledge in handling accounts for wholesale firm.

SALARY: As per Industry norms. Salary expectations will be matched.

TELE-SALES REPRESENTATIVE

OFFICE LOCATION: Alipur

TIMING: 10 am to 6 pm

JOB PROFILE:

1. 1. Telesales to existing customers for repeated order booking

2. 2. Cold- Calling new leads and converting for order booking

3. 3. Searching on the internet for new leads

QUALIFICATION:

1. 1. Must be comfortable on basic computer and MS Office

2. 2. Can understand Hindi and English
